4/20/10—customKYnetics announces receipt of a new Phase I SBIR award from the National Institutes of Health (NICHD/NIH) to principal investigator L. Gentry Barnett, MSBME, BSEE (University of Kentucky; hometown: Stanford, KY). This award will support development and feasibility demonstration of customKYnetics' StimStep device for use in an exercise paradigm for the spinal cord injury population.
